Kingfisher Bronze Feature for Garden Design
Bronze Focus Feature for Garden & Pond-scapes
I call the Kingfisher the Startling Bird. This bird has such a beautiful form and habit.
When we meet them they often surprise us.
Their colours are such an amazing contrast between the electric blues above and the orange tones below.

Usually Kingfishers are seen near water, and so the Kingfisher bronze makes a great feature for a garden or pond-scape or as a focal point in a lake vista.

Some of my sculptures have additions of fused glass, so you have the extra gleam of sunlight on water and these features.
Forever in My Heart
The Kingfisher birdbath has been sought after by people who want to commemorate someone they miss and love.

We can organise engraved words into a bird bath that can be set on a plinth with either a single kingfisher bronze or a pair.
I love the way that sculpture and particularly bronze sculptures can look so different in different light conditions on different days and at different times of year. Whether the sky is blue or grey they can help uplift our mood and give us encouragement with the messages they hold.

I do often include a Kingfisher bronze at exhibitions and aim to have one at the Studio or coming through the foundry.
